Carlos is a Research Assistant of the Decision and Policy Analysis Program in the International Centre for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT). He has an Agricultural Engineer title from National University of Colombia.
He has 2 years experience working at CIAT and his research has focused on climate modeling, global climate models validation, generation of regional future climate scenarios and downscaling techniques, necessary for the evaluation for the assessment of impacts of climate change on agriculture and for generation of adaptive strategies on crops.
