Vanessa Meadu is a communications specialist who has been working with environmental and science-based organizations for over five years.
Prior to joining CCAFS, she was the communications officer at the ASB Partnership for the Tropical Forest Margins, at the World Agroforestry Centre (ICRAF), in Nairobi, Kenya. In this position, she helped link research on land use and livelihoods with global and regional climate change policy processes.
Vanessa is originally from Toronto, Canada and she holds a master's degree in Political Science (Environmental Policy) from the University of British Columbia.
