Gebermedihin Ambaw
Gebermedihin contributes to developing climate-smart agriculture (CSA) research interventions that respond to climate-related risks. He also coordinates data collection and contributes to statistical analyses.
He has over eight years of experience in research, teaching and development. Before joining CCAFS East Africa, he worked as a Junior Researcher at the regional research center in Amhara, Ethiopia and as Assistant Lecturer at Jimma University. His key interests include soil science, agronomy, nematology, qualitative and quantitative research methods, and climate change.
Gebermedihin holds an MSc in Agro- and Environmental Nematology from Ghent University, Belgium, and a BSc in Crop Production and Protection from Jimma University, Ethiopia.
