How trees and people can co-adapt to climate change - book launch
The World Agroforestry Cetre is launching a book focusing on the relationship between rural development and the roles of trees and agroforestry in climate-change adaptation and mitigation. It discusses how Reward for Environmental Services (RES) schemes hold promise for contributing to a reduction in the vulnerability of rural livelihoods to climate change while at the same time enhancing carbon stocks in the landscape.
