Southeast Asians learn best practices in climate-smart agri in Quezon | BusinessMirror & more

In a roving workshop organized by the CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security (CCAFS) in Southeast Asia, the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA), and the International Institute of Rural Reconstruction (IIRR), participants from the ASEAN Climate Resilience Network (ASEAN-CRN) visited key Climate-Smart Village (CSV) sites in Guinayangan, Quezon, Philippines. This enabled the participants from Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, and Thailand to appreciate the CSV concept and its potential to significantly improve food security at the community level.
