Farmers need climate information to increase their food security. The International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) has developed tools to help farmers manage climate risks. One of the tools, the Intelligent agricultural Systems Advisory Tool (ISAT), was developed under CCAFS Climate Smart Village Initiative.
