First International Agrobiodiversity Congress
The objective of the Congress is to provide a platform to all the stakeholders engaged in genetic resource conservation and management to deliberate on thematic issues of global importance, with major emphasis on rational and effective use of agrobiodiversity for food, nutrition and environmental security.
Themes
The conference is organized around seven themes related to agrobiodiversity, one of which is agrobiodiversity for adaptation and mitigation of climate change, including (i) threats and opportunities of climate change, (ii) assessing real impacts of climate change on agrobiodiversity, and (iii) genetic resources for resilience in agriculture.
Submit your abstract
Abstracts should present new research or developing information on the relevant themes and sub-themes of the congress and related conditions. The Scientific Committee will review and score the submissions. Abstracts are selected on the basis of their scientific significance, timeliness, quality of data and methodology, adherence to specific format requirements, and other criteria described herein. Following review by the Scientific Committee, the disposition of each abstract submitted for consideration will be sent via e-mail to the presenting author and all co-authors listed on the abstract submission form for whom an accurate e-mail address is provided.
