Bailey Rowland is the Program Manager for the CCAFS Flagship on Low Emissions Development and the Program Specialist at the University of Vermont’s Gund Institute for Environment.

Before joining CCAFS, she was the Financial Planning and Analysis Coordinator for The Common Market, a non-profit local food distributor serving markets in several U.S. cities. She has experience in database management, training and development, budgeting, non-profit finance, and accounting.

She received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
