Informing the adoption of a public-private partnership business model for climate information services in Ghana

Sur la base de cas de succès antérieurs issus de collaborations avec CCAFS, Esoko, une compagnie privée de technologie de l'information et de la communication (TIC), a adopté un modèle commercial de partenariat public-privé proposé par CCAFS visant à permettre une dissémination durable et équitable des services d'information climatiques.
300 000 agriculteurs (dont 21 % de femmes) bénéficient désormais de services d'information climatiques et d'alertes sur le marché grâce au partenariat public-privé. Sur ce total, 274 321 agriculteurs paient 0,20 USD pour ce service.
