CCAFS @ COP25 | Raising ambition for climate action: transformative actions for a food secure future
About the event
If we consider the growing evidence on increasing effects of climate change on food systems, the fact that small-scale farmers in the (sub)tropics face the worst impacts of climate change, and that food systems contribute, indirectly or directly, ~30% of global emissions, the compounding effect suggests a harrowing challenge.

This event will present and discuss four action areas for transforming food systems under climate change and introduce a new global initiative to scale these solutions to around 200 million small-scale farmers.
Objective
To present leading science-based solutions to transform food systems and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and to catalyze action-oriented partnerships to facilitate action at scale.
