Farmers adopt climate-smart agriculture to combat drought | My Republica

This article features a pilot project on adopting climate-smart agriculture (CSA) in Nepal, supported by CCAFS. Arun Khatri Chhetri, CCAFS Science Officer is quoted by explaining how adopting public-private partnership model like the one in Kuleni Rajahar is important to combat the impact of climate change at the local level. He said: “The public-private partnership model allows improvements in the existing local technology to combat climate change and threat on food security. Being resilient to climate change is the way forward.”
