Re-post of the news update of the CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security (CCAFS) on the ten-month program on Parliamentary Diplomacy focusing on the politics of climate change. The training program was conducted by the Parliamentary Institute of Cambodia (PIC), with the technical support of CCAFS and the University of Utrecht (UU).
