A new discussion paper highlights six major issues that development and humanitarian actors need to address in the coming years if the IPCC’s worst case scenarios are to be averted. Find out how enhancing nutrition security, giving decision-making power to farmers, and ensuring equitable outcomes for women are critical to if we are to shift course towards long-term sustainability. The paper is co-authored by CARE International, the CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security (CCAFS) and the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation (CTA).
