Climate Resilient Agribusiness for Tomorrow (CRAFT), a collaborative research project led by SNV, in partnership with the CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security (CCAFS), Wageningen University and Research (WUR), Agriterra, and Rabo Partnerships, has conducted climate projections for key crops in East Africa and proposes climate-smart agriculture solutions for food systems facing climate threats.
