Informations Climatiques: Des Techniciens Agrociles Formés à l’Approche PICSA I APS
Près d’une trentaine d’acteurs, notamment des agents de services d’encadrement agricole de l’Etat et d’ONG, ont démarré lundi, pour cinq jours, une formation portant sur l’approche "Services climatiques participatifs intégrés à l’agriculture" (PICSA).
