Este informe constituye el cuarto y último reporte del estudio “Productividad de la tierra y rendimiento del sector agropecuario medido a través de los indicadores de crecimiento verde en el marco de la misión de crecimiento verde en Colombia” elaborado por la alianza CIAT, CCAFS, CRECE por solicitud de GGGI y DNP. El documento contiene un breve resumen del diagnóstico presentado en informes previos, las acciones estratégicas priorizadas para superar las barreras identificadas a través de diversas formas de consulta con actores clave y los respectivos costos de dichas acciones priorizadas. De igual forma, contiene una síntesis de los principales instrumentos financieros y económicos del sector agropecuario y recomendaciones gruesas para incorporar los criterios de crecimiento verde a dichos instrumentos existentes. Finalmente, contiene las recomendaciones de política general y las recomendaciones técnicas específicas para la Misión de Crecimiento Verde según los hallazgos en el diagnóstico realizado en el marco del estudio. Así mismo se incluye un análisis de cómo las diferentes acciones pueden contribuir al logro de objetivos en el marco de la Contribución Nacional Determinada sometida posterior al Acuerdo de París, los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible y el Acuerdo de Paz.

This report is the fourth and final report of the study "Productivity of land and performance of the agricultural sector measured through the green growth indicators in the framework of the mission of green growth in Colombia” prepared by the CIAT, CCAFS, and CRECE, by request of GGGI and DNP. The document contains a brief summary of the diagnosis presented in prior reports, strategic actions prioritized to overcome the barriers identified through various forms of consultation with key actors and the respective costs of these prioritized actions.
It also contains a synthesis of the main financial and economic instruments of the agricultural sector and thick recommendations for incorporating green growth criteria into the mentioned instruments. Finally, it contains the general policy recommendations and the specific technical recommendations for the Green Growth Mission according to the findings in the diagnosis made in the framework of the study. It also includes an analysis of how different actions can contribute to the achievement of objectives within the framework of the National Determined Contribution submitted to the Paris Agreement, the Sustainable Development Goals and the Peace Agreement.
